The ONLY thing I can complain about os thr schedule 😕 They should become a 24 hour gym! It's hard to keep a good lifestyle in this country and harder to have to be on a schedule to work out🥺

You can get a day pass for $10.00. Call first. I believe the pool opens at 1PM, but it is spring break so pool may be open sooner.
The Epic is for all ages. Plenty of things to enjoy from basketball to Futsal to table tennis, pickleball, swimming, excercise equipment, theater, concerts, radio, recording studio, wonderful cafe, kids playground, birthday parties, massage, spa etc ... Depends on the height
So I have seen a wheelchair only workout in the gym, but sadly it's the only one that I HAVE seen so far, but to answer your question, yes, there is one workout for wheelchairs.

If you do not live in Grand Prairie, TX, you cannot get a resident discount. Resident discounts are given to residents because Grand Prairie residents pay taxes to fund the Epic.

The epic doesn't have steam saunas, they do have a basketball court, and they have two childrens areas, one for toddlers, one for young kids.
The gym floor is for anyone 13+. Kids are recommended to take the free Introduction to the Fitness Floor class that way they are familiar with the equipment and proper use of it.
