Absolute worst.. LOSE packages, do not check forwarding info and send stuff to wrong address! Nobody is ever working except ONE person and line will be to the parking lot. Currently here to look for lost package and they aren’t even open on time.. 15 minutes and still nobody here to open the place but we hear them in the back carrying on. Get a box with UPS if you need things to arrive and get business done in a Normal timeframe

Friendly staff but The passport system is insane. We booked an appointment online but never received a confirmation email. When we arrived the staff told us we weren’t on the appointment list & her next appointment should be showing up soon. No one showed up and I asked her if we could take that spot. She said they have a no walk in policy. This is ridiculous because if you have no shows all day do you just not do any passports ALL DAY? I know that is unlikely. What I am saying is that this is the post office not a beauty salon. If you happen to have the time why not service your present customers?

Yes
You can go to the usps.com/schedule website and schedule
Are you wanting to cancel a change of address?
I don't work there but it depends on how you sent it first and sometimes packages take longer then others to reach there destination.
If it's for passports I would make an appointment. Everything else can be done that day.
Great service. Nice people.
I have no clue. It seemed like it was just local though
I believe so. I already received what should have been delivered last week.
Do they take walk ins since the pandemic?
Yes always
How are you doing?
Yes....and you can easily get your mail lost cause the clerks can't read correct mail box numbers. That is so wrong yet they keep going up on their PO Box fees. That's so wrong. Now someone has my account and routing information.
Did you have a signature receipt confirmation with it? If so, you can use the tracking number to track it. Always do that when you send any important docs. It proves you sent it. If you didn't I would just keep calling the creditor's office to see if just arrived late.
You can do it online for a $1 fee or go into the post office during business hours to request a packet. Make sure you are on on the postal website if you do it online.
Funny that you bring that up, my aunt did that a couple years ago when she wrote a letter to my mother and the letter still made it. 😂
