Great park out in west Texas. Level and big sites. The staff is absolutely amazing, kind and caring. Thank you for a great experience.

Nice park for west Texas. The pool is very chilly making it a great way to cool off from the summer heat. Pines are really nice especially if you can get under one of them. Internet was decent even when the park was full. Perfect spot to stay for exploring Alpine and beyond.

The camp ground is fairly nice. We stayed there in late April and were very disappointed that the pool doesn't open until memorial day. It was very warn and a swim would have been refreshing. The employees were mostly nice. My husband was cooking breakfast outside and our dog pooped while he was doing this. An employee came by and was insistent that my husband clean it up immediately. He told the guy he would do it when he was done cooking. I found that very strange and gross that he wanted him to stop cooking to clean it up.

Great park. Level sites, clean, well managed. Great base from which to visit Ft Davis, McDonald Observatory and Big Bend. Love the murals all thru Alpine and they continue in the park. Nice services in town, too.

Questions & Answers

We have made reservations for Wednesday Oct. 31st. Looking forward to the stay there. Can you tell me the location of our spot? Would like to be close to the bath house.

We stayed in b13, across the street from bathhouse. The rv park is not that big and the bathhouse is centered .

Call them with your requested dates. Monthly sites are $340.00 + electric use rated at 0.152 cents per kwh as of 1 January 2019. Monthly sites are also already deeply discounted in contrast to nightly or weekly sites which offer discounts most of the time except holidays, special events and spring break (spring break is all of march). There are monthly sites, standard sites (nightly or weekly) and two types of premier sites which can also be rented nightly or weekly. Best to call 432-837-1136 during business hours for specifics or reservations.
