I am all about transparency. This place started out like a vibe but slowly turned into a nightmare. We were doing our laundry and saw on the door a sign that the laundry closed at 9pm. First, I would recommend having laundry accessible all hours of day. You never know the situation as to why laundry needs to be done. Second, we arrived at the laundry room at 8:55pm and planned to stay in the room until all laundry was done before exiting. At 9:05 we try to leave and we are LOCKED in. Not only does the door lock from the outside but the inside as well. Pretty sure this violates fire safety code. We called the number on the door for over an hour and heard nothing. I sent messages on social media to gain attention to this overwhelming situation. We tried the code that is inactive after 9pm...As we ran out of options, we realized the only solution was getting the authorities involved. The timing was suspicious because as soon as they arrived a what appeared to be intoxicated employee came up to let us out. Then had the audacity to call us HOOLIGANS for getting stuck in there???? Make it make sense, turns out it does violate code according to the firemen there to assist us. Overall this was a traumatizing experience and having a Immunocompromised body that flares up under stressful situations... i was extremely concerned for my health. This was not the experience I was hoping to have at what seemed like RV Paradise.

This place is 95% concrete and right on a busy highway at the north end of Spokane.. Our site backed up against a fence with loud HVAC equipment on the other side10 feet away . Washrooms were minimally equipped and maintained. Expensive. Definitely not a relaxed natural setting.

It's a quiet and well kept place on the Northside of Spokane towards mead with onsite management, groundskeeping, laundry facilities, an outdoor pool and playground for the kids! It's also pet friendly! The only downside is that it's super spendy to stay here! Like upwards of $1400+ a month

Very well-kept, pleasant place to stay and that's where the positives end. Long-term stay prices are done on a case-by-case basis so they can be changed, and the rates people are mentioning in the reviews aren't accurate. We were charged nearly $2100 for a month, not $600-900 as people have mentioned. The parks and recreational areas are nice. The community bathrooms and showers feel like they belong in a prison, as someone else mentioned. The internet service is so worthless it may as well not even exist. Rather than invest in it or improve it, they just state in the contract that it's for "email only." Try anything else and the network will deliberately drop you. It's very pretty, quiet, and comfortable. But it's a complete rip-off for the insane price.

As with Whitney this place is amazing. we did leave our 2 labs home the time we were there but the RV park was amazing and we are planning our next stay with them. Clean, peaceful, and respectful neighbors. AAA PLACE
Yes. They have large private bathrooms with showers.
Winter rates are from 575 to 630 based on size . April it goes up to to 800 to 890 and monthlys pay electric too.
They can be. We only stayed for 2 nights, but we spoke with the manager and she said she had many that stayed for months.
5 miles or so. 25-30 minutes, to the river/downtown, depending on traffic and how you hit the lights.
They change seasonally, so they aren't posted. Right now they are 9-6, apparently it will be 8-8 for the summer season. You still have to "catch" someone actually in the office though. They walk the grounds quite often.
No
They do... but it is on a case-by-case basis.
11 or 12 o'clock
If you are talking about Cyberknife, your looking at about a good 30 minutes to the spokane valley area, they have just opened a new park in liberty lake called " Liberty Lake RV Campgrounds, ran by the same company, but it is still partly under construction.
Best to call for monthly rate.
I think we paid about 38.00 a day, and that was for a 2 week stay.
About 20 mins
