On 6-12-2022 upon arriving home we noticed our order was incorrect. We were given ranch dressing instead of extra icing for the lava cakes that we had paid for. I contacted the Palestine location and spoke with Collin Walker. He first told that if I drove back up there that they would give me the icing. Once I explained that it would cost more in fuel than what the icing cost, he spoke with Edgar, the manager on duty and was then told that a $15 credit would be under my phone number to use on our next purchase. Today 6-18-2022 we placed an order and upon arrival was told that there was no credit or coupon under either of our phone numbers. And since I didn't bring the note I had written with the people's names, I was basically told "sorry about your luck". And the Chamber of Commerce wonders why Palestine residents go out of town to spend their money...

They have GREAT gluten free pizza for me and my 2 kids with a gluten intolerance. Decent price and try to find a coupon.

Curbside pickup was a joke. There were people who had been waiting almost an hour past their pickup time for their pizza last Saturday. Truly a disappointing experience. Also, they never gave me the free pizza as stated on their website if the pizza arrives five minutes late.

My experience with Domino's Pizza in Palestine Texas was not a good one I been here in Palestine due to my mom it was Ill in the hospital and I went to order pizza order the meatloaf Pizza today which is May the what 16th and the piece when I got the pizza back to a hotel room the pizza was so greasy it was greasy grease just laying in the Box the pizza was so soggy you couldn't even hold a piece of slice up you had to literally try to eat with a fork and I refuse to eat it because that that's too much grease will be going in my body and when I took call the Pizza hut they offered to do a remake but when we went to pick the pizza up and let them and show them the return the greasy pizza and show show them the Box how much grease was setting up in it the manager was was not happy he was mad he didn't come to the window and apologize from the piece of being made wrong
