It was a fantastic ride for the grandsons. Hot chocolate, dancing & singing porters. Santa Claus giving silver bells. Our porters in our car were Hallie, Reagan and Krysten and they were awesome. So incredibly kind and sweet! We will be back!

We brought our nearly 3-year old daughter out here as she is in love with Polar Express and anything trains. Watching and hearing the train arrive to the depot was quite an experience; there is nothing like seeing the old steam engine decked in lights rolling up to the station. We had the tickets for Presidential Car, so this review more specifically addresses that experience, which was awesome! The show/story read itself was great and I take my hat off for the staff who worked hard, yet effortlessly, the entire 1.5 or so hours keeping us engaged - it made the time fly. We got hot chocolate, chocolate chip cookie, silver bell, and a souvenir mug, and the experience was very much worth the price. I imagine as long as our daughter maintains her love for trains and Polar Express and we live within a driving distance, we will be coming back.

My fiancé and our two friends and their kid took a 2 hour trip for this and we had a GREAT time. We booked our tickets separately so we didn’t realize we wouldn’t get to sit together which we were all really bummed about. We told one of the workers, Fabian, about what happened and he said he would do what he could to make sure we got to sit together. A few minutes into the ride he came to get us and we were able to sit with our friends and their kid to experience it together! He was the best, he held a baby and was dancing with her and she didn’t want to be put down, so sweet🥺 we will definitely be back next year

My true rating as a parent would be at 2.5 and a 5 as a child under 8 years old. Overall the children seemed to have a nice time however, for the money spent, I was expecting a whole lot more. I was looking forward to seeing the "North Pole" but after experiencing it, I was not at all impressed. And if you're sitting on the wrong side of the train, you might miss it so don't blink. The train staff was outstanding and had great energy so that was the plus. I wouldn't recommend multiple visits to the Polar Express but if you decide to go, be sure to lower your expectations and I'm sure you'll have a grand time.
