Unfortunately the membership is non transferable so they most likely will not accept her to use it because it is not you. But I would call and explain the situation if you are unable to go yourself and they may allow it. I work there and we've had instances where the person was unable due to Health issues and they allowed someone to shop for them. Hope it works out for you

Yes you can. I used personal checks myself, never had any problems. Costco accepts, Visa, Debit cards, Cash and checks.

Difficult to answer question as their inventory/options change fairly regularly and sometimes drastically. I agree, a phone call to the store may be your best option.
