Jay is absolutely phenomenal! Truly I haven't had a stylist there that isn't wonderful but Jay is my favorite. The last time I went in, I had a very rough idea of what I wanted. Jay brought my vision to life beautifully. I recently brought my daughter to get her hair done as well and she was about to jump out of the chair because she was so excited at how perfect Jay made her hair.

I took GK smoothning hair treatment here, at the time of appointment they said it will be 3 to 4 hours of treatment and my hair will be smooth, shiny and silky. I took the treatment of 300$ , they took just 1 hour to style my hair with wash and scalp massage which was bad. And i was told it will remain for like a month or two. But it didn’t. So basically they gave me hairwash and style for 300$. Thank you for that i will definitely share this experience with everyone I know. on the same day of my hair treatment I booked appointment for my son’s haircut and went their on time , checked in , they told me to wait near reception area . I was waiting their and they charged me on my card first before haircut and then called me on my phone saying why I didn’t come. I was right there. They apologized gave me refund and said they didn’t have anyone to cut my child’s hair. Horrible experience , untrained staff , waste of time and money.

I was recently diagnosed with alopecia. I have always had long and extremely thick hair and when I started loosing it quickly I realized I needed to cut most of it off. I’ve never been to an upscale salon but heard such good things about Sahair. The moment I walked I was treated kindly. My hair cutter was Jordan. She exceeded my expectations to a whole new level!! I came in very emotional about cutting my hair very short but she handled my break down and hair with such grace and dignity. She talked me through everything and I ended up with an unbelievable haircut that actually made me feel good! Usually I regret my haircuts later on but it’s been 3 days and I still love it and feel pretty about the hair I still have… which says a lot for women and loosing their hair. I intend on going back every couple months! Jordan has given me my confidence back with my hair and I didn’t think it was possible with alopecia. Thank you Jordan!

Jay was my hair stylist. She’s really great and fun to talk with! I just got a trim, but she did a great job and I will be back! Kennedy was her associate for the day, she did my style and she was also fun to talk to. I ended up purchasing a sugar spray that I'm really happy with.
