Primitive pay system. Only can setup autopay with a checking account. No way I'm trusting them my checking account number! They charge you a fee for CC payments. They are stuck in the 80's with their systems. You would expect more from a utility company. But when you have no competition, you have no incentive to take care of your customers.

NO WATER FRIDAY. CALL BACK MONDAY! at our new family home, call back on Monday! Called to set up new service yesterday on our new family home in the area. Was assured water service would not be interrupted as the whole company was at an event and no work would be done over the weekend. We walked into our new home 5pm NO WATER! The “emergency service” not once but twice told us to call back Monday! That was if they aren’t closed due to the holiday! The internet company, the propane, the electric all managed to transfer service without any interruptions. Cash Special Utility didn’t and don’t care till they get back from their company break! No water, no toilets, no drinking water for me and my family this weekend in 100 degree heat. Welcome to the community from Cash Special Utility District.
