The deposit that you put, they will take it all and more. They are so materialistic, they will make you pay for everything, you will pay for the interior paint alone about 700$ because as they claim not normal wear.nothing for them is a normal wear My advice is to search for better, more cheaper and fair apartment than huntex

Easily the hardest fall I've ever taken while trying to rebuild (as everyone is during this pandemic), BUT, being refused by a company that promises flexibility, trust, and team work with a lease agreement comes as no surprise. If you have made rental mistakes in the last few years, please take my advice, save yourself the 50 dollars.

Their list of available houses change weekly, if not daily. Lower-priced 2 or 3 bedrooms get taken very quickly, often before it is even available (site unseen) because they are first come first serve and many applicants apply early.

Correct! We try and address items as quickly as possible. If it is something big like needs new plumbing lines then we have to get approval from the owners of the homes first. However, they typically get back with us within the same day. We do have to prioritize maintenance according to emergency vs non. Hopefully this helps. Thank you and have a wonderful day!!

Yes, they keep all the keys on site and you have to request them and show your driver's license. They are open from 830am to 1230 pm on non-holiday Saturdays.
