WAY better than expected. Rock Springs looks like a wide place in the road and the hotel itself looked rough. I was dubious but once I went inside my mind was changed. Both the day and night clerks were polite and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel is close to a few restaurants and in walking distance of a Wal-Mart, which is a surprisingly big plus. If I had to say something negative it was that their indoor pool was so freaking cold, lol. Overall this diamond in the rough was worth the money and I would recommend it to anyone going to or through Rock Springs.

Christina went above and beyond any expectations I had. Not just did she make sure we had drinks that were HER PERSONAL drinks, she was extremely positive and motivating. Someone give this girl a raise! (Definitely will be returning here!)

Their website says they have a spa which I'd no longer there. The pool is kinda warm and they say free deluxe breakfast but it's a fruit cup and not fresh fruit and coffee. We are truck driver's and to have a hot breakfast and a hot spa are a few of the things we enjoy on our 34 hour reset. So if your website states you have those and we book at full price for those amenities then we expect exactly what we are paying for. If you don't offer those anymore then remove them off your site and adjust pricing accordingly.
