Very nice hotel! Full breakfast, comfortable beds and sheets, toiletries, microwave, fridge. The staff is super kind and professional! Definitely highly recommend and will stay here again when we come back! I love Wyoming, overall the people here are just super kind and nice wherever we've been. It's my new favorite state!

I travel a lot for work and with my family. This trip I was solo and stayed in a single queen room. My air conditioning was amazing. I love a fan to run all night and it did have that option. While my bed was a little firm, it felt like a newer mattress and was very comfortable (I dislike firm mattresses...and this one was good.) The pillows were great and had options for soft to more firm. I appreciate soft pillows. I am not much of a breakfast eater and I might go try... Honestly, I look for safety, cleanliness, comfort of beds and pillows, staff friendliness (I worked with Alex) and hate to say it...I have to shop price. I felt safe coming in late in the morning, found comfort, a very clean room, and at the rate I paid around $100....seemed more than fair to me. Alex at 2am made me feel welcome, was awake, alert, and ready to help accommodate any needs I might have had. I will stop here again, and I will bring my kids. Also, I loved the hotel the way it is from what I saw. I think I would be sad if some of it got updated to meet some of the reviewers requests, but maybe I saw a different part of the hotel?

Decent hotel for an overnight stay with an old school flare. The hotel has a cool history that includes being one of the first hotels with the pool and other facilities inside, which was later adopted and used widely with Holiday Inn Holidomes. Rooms are decent but not great. Walls are thin as I could hear conversations in the next room through the night. Breakfast is fair as it is only a continental breakfast. Staff was nice and hospitable which is the primary reason I have this at three stars instead of 2.

We found this hotel after our previous planned accommodations were cancelled. We found the day of our stay. We were surprised at how expensive the rooms were. The hotel had a tired feeling. The beds were hard and rooms were very warm when we got there (on a hot day). The staff was friendly. The breakfast was lacking. I have higher expectations for Best Westerns and this fell far below them. I would look elsewhere if I needed to stay in Rock Springs again.
