Two bad experiences at this location. One time the delivery never showed up. The next time, I did a carry out. They gave my pizza away to another customer, did not apologize, and didn't inform me until after I had paid. One pizza went cold as I waited for the other one to be remade. Customer service could use an improvement.

My pizza did not get started until 30 minutes after I arrived, after I ordered it at 8 and the app states it was started at 8:11, it was not started until 9:00pm several people had walked in and been handed pizza while I was still waiting on mine, after I had received my pizza after almost 2 hours, there was SPINACH ON IT! I did NOT ORDER SPINACH! I didn’t even bring it back because it was a waist of my time! I waited on enough for my food just for it to be messed up? I walked in their at least 4 times to see if my food was done, just for her to tell me that, it hasn’t even been started?

With only 2 exceptions ever in the past six years of likely 50+ delivery orders (96% accuracy) I have ordered from this store, our food was delivered without errors, was still hot enough to not have to reheat and the delivery driver was always very courteous and professional. Good food, great people.
