It wasn’t busy at all when we arrived and we were seated pretty quick. Our server was very nice and helped us with our order. Our food was delivered hot and ready to eat. The messed up on only one plate of eggs and quickly corrected it. The restaurant was a little warm but it could have been just me…..

We were told upon being seated that there was only one server. Ok...no problem. We aren't in a rush and understand. Waited for 10 minutes...no drinks, no order taken. Other tables seated after us were being attended to. Pretty sure the server forgot she sat us. After hearing the server complain about a dollar tip and bringing other tables wrong meals we decided to leave. Despite the wait we would have stayed and ordered, but hearing her complain about a tip, very loudly for everyone in the restaurant to hear was just unprofessional.

My son and I went to IHOP for lunch. The service was slow. It took for ever. Then it wasn't even our order. When we got our order the fries were cold and the hamburger was way over cooked. The salad I ordered was alright. However they had to go get the other half of my order. Not impress.

My husband and I stopped in for brunch. The omelettes were over cooked, the ingredients were not spread throughout. Also, we both got pieces of some spicy pepper in our omelettes that should not have been in them. The fruit cup had a piece of pineapple that looked moldy. Besides the substandard food, the environment was not good. The tables were dirty, the floor was dirty, the employees were all talking loudly to each other. Overall, it was one of the most unpleasant restaurant experiences we have had.
