Sugar plum apartments has come a long way ever since we move in 2018. The new manager Becky has made it an awesome place. Becky is so helpful and dedicated in what she dose I highly recommend sugar plum apartments to anyone!!

Management always got back to me right away, they were always available. When we had Maintenance issues they came right away to fix them. Beautiful property and apartments for a decent price in traverse city. Becky & Isaac are the best!

There are waiting list on most apartment complex in TC.. With that kind of income I would recommend you apply at terrace hill across Meijer or keystone apartments on keystone drive next to the goodwill Inn , or carsons square apartments behind Arby's on Airport rd. These apartment complex charge base on your income . The less you make the cheaper they are plus utilities are very cheap and affordable. Sugar plum will be be expensive as my sister lives there.
