Emerald Creek is located in a beautiful area im Michigan. Love that it's a short distance from the lake. The open layout is great and the storage space is very convenient. Great landscaping and views. Just a beautiful area.

The parking here is ridiculous, not assigned and not enough parking, you end up walking a ways to your vehicle. Especially annoying when those special parkers take up two parking spaces, which happens frequently. The cost to live here for rent is also deceiving they advertise starting 950 a month for rent but I pay over 1100 a month not including utilities here. Once my lease is up I am finding a new place to stay. Not worth the money it costs to live here.

I lived here for 1.5 years and really enjoyed it! Everything was very clean and in working order and stayed that way during our time here. I didn't have any problems with my apartment, the rent was reasonably priced for the area, staff was very attentive, the community is safe and the other residents generally keep to themselves. The only problem I had was that the walls are pretty thin and you can hear your neighbors talking sometimes but that's what you get with an apartment anyway. I complained to management once when my neighbor was excessively loud and they were able to take care of it professionally and promptly. I love that Aldi and Planet Fitness are next door and there is a nature reserve right outside. They have just redone the parking lot and it looks great.

We were supposed to meet a agent last week to view the apartment and get our lease in order. We sat there for A HOUR at the time of pur appointment and NO ONE showed up. No big deal I guess so we set up another appointment for the following week to try again. Today I get a message THEY LEASED IT OUT. Oh cool. That is VERY unprofessional!!! I'm so upset about this mattee
