Phase 1 is garbage compared to the newer units. Maintenance was subpar at best. Inept management. Would like to ask them some questions but know they won’t give me the time. DO NOT RENT HERE! Location ISN’T everything.

We leased a furnished apartment for several years and found the process easy and workable. Should the need arise we would rent from them again. Very responsive and willing work with us to meet our needs.
