I myself do not live here yet but I am hopeful that we do move in soon by next year. I have nothing but good things to say so far about the people that work there and how fast they get back to me. I understand at times they can be busy I mean it is a business it is an apartment so there’s alot of things That go on and happen there so sometimes they can’t get back to you which should be understandable and it is for me. But so far everyone I’ve talked to has been very kind they understand that I have autism and they communicate with me properly and efficiently. Me and my fiancé are on the waiting list, and they let me know always about what’s going on. they communicate so well I am truly hopeful we do get this place and that we are able to move in by next year. Because me and my fiancé very excited that we’re building a life together and becoming closer to my family that’s up there. So I would like to say thank you so far to these apartments For communicating with me communicating with us I mean and we hope to be able to join you very soon. And I will do an update post as well and a review as soon as we hear anything or when we start living there. thank you guys so much I really do appreciate it. and thank you for being respectful of people with disabilities not allot of apartments do that so thank you for that as well.

I have lived here for 3 years now. If you follow the rules it’s a amazing place. Front office is so kind and caring. Maintenance crew is very helpful and kind to me. Be respectful and follow the simple rules they ask and you will have nice experience.

I lived here in the 90s & left the State. Office Manager & leasing person were always helpful & friendly. Came back to TC & first place I applied was back at Tradewinds. Glad I did. Property older but kept u.. Grounds still beautiful. All Staff still great! Recommend if you want to live somewhere they enforce the rules & policies.

It depends on what size apartment you need and which building. Sometimes I can take a few days, other times a month or more.
I know that you need to go up and down stairs, they do not have any first floor units. Also, they do not have any handicap apts. I would try Hillview Terrace in the same area. They are a 65 and over apts. Very nice place to live. There is also an elevator. There are also resident activities. I am handicapped also, I love living here. Bata also stop here every 10 to 15 minutes.
To pick up an application you go into the office during their open hours on weekdays and ask the secretary there for either a market rate application or a low income application. Each adult (18+) should have their own application, so ask for as many as you'd need
No vacancy. All are 55 + age requirement in Garfield Apts. Don't know about Trade Winds.
I will have to look at my papers after work and let you know then.
Any time
Yes, the apartments are income based and they do allow small pets with a deposit. I do believe that there is currently a waiting list.
