The biggest gym I've ever had a membership with, lots of room to workout, never crowded and they have every piece of equipment you would need to get it done. A plus for me is also the natural lighting--I've been in gyms with no windows--like working out in a cave! The staff is friendly and Ian has been very helpful and knowledgeable with workout advice. Great staff, equipment, and air circulation. Nobody bugs you but if you want a spot for a heavy set then people are happy to help. Has locker room with shower, nutritionalist and suppliments on site. Great place to GO JIM.
