In one word: disappointed. This was my first visit to the salon. Walking in it was nice appearing very clean. When my appointment for a mani and pedi began the girl asked what I was hoping to get done? I wanted a color dip french tip. She got her tools and began. As she filed my nails they were so uneven length and shape wise. I pointed out several times to please fix them. She kept filing the same side, leaving one side square while the other was rounded. It became apparent it was not going to get fixed. I regret not leaving paying for a polish removal and cutting my loss then. I did a pink nail with black tip. As she poured the pink over the black, the pink kept getting darker. My first hand is much lighter than the second. The pedi was ok. The polish doesn't completely cover my nail and I didn't have her trim much after the mani experience. It was a 3 hour process of pure disappointment. I went straight home to get my nail file and clean up what I could. Lessons learned to ask a nail tech what style of nails they are good at and when they are not listening to not stay. Update: After posting my above review of my experience I will give the salon credit for contacting me and giving some options to correct the issue.

I selected heidi Christine’s for my hair &makeup for my wedding party and myself. They were able to accommodate 11 girls at the same time and had us all looking beautiful in a timely manner. We loved our experience - I can’t recommend them enough!

Erica is amazing! I definitely pay more for the service here but the quality is worth every penny. Great aesthetic, unique layout for services, and I love all of the natural light.
