I got my lashes done at this location and Ari (if that’s how you spell her name) was my stylist. The lashes were pretty, but they started falling out in clumps the very next day after I got them. One week later, they’re almost completely gone. At the appointment I also specifically asked for not a lot of volume. A week after my appointment, they charged me an extra $65, and when I called they told me I was being charged for a volume set I didn’t receive. Apparently Ari insisted that she discussed a $65 fee with me and that I agreed to it and this simply did not happen. And in any case, I don’t know why I would be charged a week after the fact anyway. I’m currently waiting on their customer service to email me back about a refund. Really regret my 20% tip lol. Definitely won’t be back to this location. **update** I was able to finally speak with the manager and she refunded my $65. Probably still won’t be back bc the quality was poor but gave an extra two stars since I got my refund.

New update!! They responded to this review ,but are still not returning my $75. "Their software won't let them return my money" ... After 4 months of trying to get an admitted mistake on their part of $75 off my account they have F×cked me out of $75. New management will not even fix the problem They will steal from your bank account and NOT return their admitted mistake. P.s. eyelashes mostly fell out after 5 days. 4 days is their come back and fix it free cut off. Even after the response below from the manager. I called AGAIN to resolve issue and they would still NOT return my money!! So the response below is purposeless.

The receptionist did not make sure to put my appointment in the books and now I have a wedding in a few hours. No lashes, no other stylist available and they did not offer to call another location. It was unexpected for this location because I love the stylists here. Very disappointed and now I do not have the look I desired for this important family wedding.

Yes, but avoid oil-based or waterproof cosmetics. This will help your eyelash extensions last longer. Our lash studio has an Eyelash Foaming Cleanser and makeup designed to keep your lashes looking new and their best for longer.
Absolutely! To help your lashes last longer, be sure to wash them with our Eyelash Foaming Cleanser after a workout or heavy activity. This will remove excess oil around your eyelash extensions.
At Amazing Lash Studio, all of our lash stylists are professionally trained in our proprietary extension application process, in addition to their professional training as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. Master and Senior stylists, our most accomplished lash artists, are also available. They are all dedicated to making your lashes look amazing.
Eyelash extension refills take 45-60 minutes. If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain (per eye) you may need to schedule a Full Set instead.
Our lash studio asks that our guests allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first full set appointment. If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.

To ensure that we have the proper amount of time for each guest, we require that you book an appointment for our lash studio. You may choose your stylist and the time that works best for you. You can also indicate the style of lash extensions you want at that time.
For best results, our lash studio recommends keeping your new lashes dry and avoiding participating in activities with excessive humidity and that cause you to sweat for the first 48 hours after application.
Our lash lifts curl and elevate your natural lashes using a perming solution, and last about 4-6 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle. Our eyelash extensions are individual lashes attached to each of your natural lashes. We ask that our guests arrive at their appointment with a fresh face. Remove all eye makeup, and avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Please don't curl your lashes or wear mascara. Right before the appointment you may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a mild cleanser to remove any leftover oils
When applied by one of our amazing professionals, eyelash extensions should last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, most people need refills every 2-3 weeks!
