Have been here before twice and was very satisfied. But this last time there was a different woman there who did not speak a word of English, so how are you supposed to tell her what you want done and how you want your eyebrows shaped?She didn’t do a very good job and I had to come home and pull a few hairs myself. She also didn’t use scissors to shape and cut the long hairs as the previous woman did. All the boss does is stand at the register and collect money. He doesn’t move from that spot. They move so fast. It seems like they take less than five minutes to do your brows before they Do the next person.

I have been coming to Wink for approximately 6 years and absolutely love my tech. She does the best job on my eyebrows that I have ever experienced. I am leaving a 1 star review today because of the way the older man at the register treated me and how I observed him treating the other customers. Until today, I have always been very pleased with the front desk staff. If he is the business owner, he should reconsider being here as I’m sure he will continue to drive customers away.
