Kind and especially patient with novice rv and camper owners asking questions to improve their camping and traveling.. Got some excellent putty tape for my winders on my new travel trailer.. new to me anyway.. I liked this ace but they moved across the river.. still close to my house.. its my go to place for serious rv needs.. I even found toilet paper that breaks down fast, when no one had stuff during covidiosness last year.. Enjoy these peeps.. super helpful and knowledgeable. Period.
