This place didn't live up to the hype nor their marketing. We had several issues with our tent. The stove was clogged and smoked out our tent, the bed didn't fit on the bed frame, and we ran out of hot water. The restaurant was severely understaffed. No espresso and coffee was constantly out. Staff was driving golf carts on the trails (which our tent was right next to) until 12:30am. The live music and river area were awesome however.

Stayed in late June, cold night, told by staff that it would be a challenge to keep the fire in the stove going for heat with the wind...I basically stayed up the entire night trying to keep the fire going, which couldn't adequately warm the tent on it's best day/cold night...burned almost the entire ring of firewood...myself and other guest froze the entire night. Path to our tent (98) had a pile of gravel in the way and wasn't even marked, had to assume it was our tent, hot chocolate in lobby/main tent - Swiss Miss packs...$800/night - a joke.

Under Canvas is a great and unique experience! The staff were very informative and friendly. We unfortunately had to cut our trip short due to the closure of Yellowstone, but Under Canvas was super accommodating with the circumstances! We will definitely be booking with them on our next trip!

while it is aesthetic and close to Yellowstone, our experience has been very poor (and we spent extra money to stay in a deluxe tent). We knew it would be cold and its what we signed up for, but we expected the stove to work. Staff had to come out to twice to address the issue of smoke billowing into the tent because the stove chimney isn't sealed and therefore smoke just leaks into the tent. the second maintenance guy got a good fire going that lasted 20 minutes. we were lucky that we had our 0 degree sleeping bags in the car and wound up sleeping in those. There were several angry, tired looking guests when we got up this morning - all seemed to be packing up and heading to their cars in a miserable fashion. Additionally, our neighbors dog howled almost the entire time. I called the front desk twice and nothing has changed so far. This was really disappointing considering it is our honeymoon and we were here for an expensive, romantic stay. What we paid for was to sleep in our sleeping bags and listen to a howling dog. This is extremely overpriced for what it is. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

It varies by tent. Most are 1 bed, but they do have 3 twin safari tents, and beds that have a king and a queen sofa bed.
not really.. not every tent have private toilet/shower.. there is a public one out just side the tend . if u need a private toilet you need to pay little bit more
I am sorry to inform you, but Under Canvas Yellowstone does not have a market near the camp. The closest market is either up the road at the Mountainside KOA or 6 miles down the highway into town.
