I have lived at the Maya Condominiums since 2017. We have had several management companies since then, but none have been as efficient and caring as Golden Valley. Their manager, Jim Turchan, is top notch. Ever since I moved in, I have had a small leak in my living room ceiling. No one until Jim really cared enough, despite asking for repairs after every rain, to make sure the leak was finally identified and repaired! I give Golden Valley and Jim Turchan the highest score possible!

Santos, what community do you live in? Do we manage it? You may want to check if the city in which you live has a code compliance department although if the parties are at night, code compliance may not work those hours. If they are parking on your property, maybe you can have the vehicles towed. But go with Dianna Shannon's advice first. The nice method is always the way to start.
