No, some vendors do accept card but not all of them. It depends on the vendor.

Dogs are not only welcome, but preferred. There is often a doggie pool set up in the hot months. No entry fee for a regular Sunday market.
Self made products by artisans, happy people who bring good things to share with you... Could be organic veggies, freeze dried fruits, jams and jellies, roasted nuts, etc. You will certainly find something to tickle your fancy!
