This location is very unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed. Upon arrival door was locked and seemed to be no one there. They wasted my gas and time. I will be contacting corporate to file a complaint. I don’t recommend this location, the Sawyer Heights location is the best and I’ll be sticking with them.

I been a customer since the start of this locations. As of April 2022, I have had the worst, nightmare experience with poor applications and extensions that could not even be removed. Shocked, horrified, and in tears… all I could do was withdrawal my membership and Vance completely. With this being said, I have signed my ending of my contract in April and still have been charged monthly. I have have called 3 times about this issue. Quality and integrity of stylish have diminished and so has the front of staff who take care of phone and communications. I’m still waiting for my refund of over $200+.

I had my lashes done at amazing Lash midtown in Houston. I had a previous membership where I paid $59.99 a month and canceled due to the bad service of the staff and the master stylist leaving. In June the master stylus contacted me and said that he was back at the midtown location and would like for me to come in. The only reason I went back is because the master stylus is so personable and great with my lashes. This was July 16 and I paid $159.99. I was then asked to sign up for membership because there was not a membership on file so I said yes and signed up for membership for $119.99 a month. I was charged July 31 $119.99. The services was for the month of August where I have two visits. On August 30 I was charged $119.99 and that was for services in September. I was charged on September 12 $59.99 and when I called the studio in Midtown I was told it was my membership fee which is incorrect because I have already paid $119.99. I’ve called to remedy this situation and it is still unresolved. I regret going back to Amazing Lash Studio‘s in Midtown it is absolutely the worst place in terms of customer service when dealing with payments of your services. The lash stylist are great they do an amazing job especially the master stylus but the staff that manages your payments are absolutely horrible and they do not know what they are doing in fact I think the entire business is cheating a lot of customers out of money by over charging their clients. I DO NOT recommend this location

I had my appointment on Wednesday the treatment was friendly but I was waiting more than 30 minutes, however the work was not the best the eyelashes especially from one eye fell out on the second day, I went on Saturday so they could see me and correct the work , I made the appointment for Monday for the correction... and for work reasons I couldn't make it to 5 o'clock but I called at that time to see if they could receive me or schedule my appointment, the appointment was going to be given to me the next day but now I had to pay refil... this is absurd because the work was not good and it didn't even last a full week... this pic is exactly after 3 days the receptionist did not stop talking and did not let me speak her attention was bad .. knowing that she represents a company

Absolutely! To help your lashes last longer, be sure to wash them with our Eyelash Foaming Cleanser after a workout or heavy activity. This will remove excess oil around your eyelash extensions.
At Amazing Lash Studio, all of our lash stylists are professionally trained in our proprietary extension application process, in addition to their professional training as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. Master and Senior stylists, our most accomplished lash artists, are also available. They are all dedicated to making your lashes look amazing.
Eyelash extension refills take 45-60 minutes. If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain (per eye) you may need to schedule a Full Set instead.
Our lash studio asks that our guests allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first full set appointment. If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.

To ensure that we have the proper amount of time for each guest, we require that you book an appointment for our lash studio. You may choose your stylist and the time that works best for you. You can also indicate the style of lash extensions you want at that time.
For best results, our lash studio recommends keeping your new lashes dry and avoiding participating in activities with excessive humidity and that cause you to sweat for the first 48 hours after application.

Our eyelash extensions are individual lashes attached to each of your natural lashes. We ask that our guests arrive at their appointment with a fresh face. Remove all eye makeup, and avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Please don't curl your lashes or wear mascara. Right before the appointment you may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a mild cleanser to remove any leftover oils.
When applied by one of our amazing professionals, eyelash extensions should last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, most people need refills every 2-3 weeks!
