They just became part of UT, and my experience was TERRIBLE. First, now you need two visits instead of one, at least I did. I was also overcharged $350 for an eye exam (???) , which was an “error,” I was told. Third, the young doctor who saw me acted more like an optician than an ophthalmologist, not introducing himself properly and rushing through the visit. He was a bad communicator, so I ended up with a bad contact prescription where I could have had a choice. The whole experience was very upsetting. I had been going to this clinic for years and had never had a problem. No wonder their doctors are leaving!

Edit: Significantly improved since last visit. I hope it stays like this past visit!! Doctors here are pretty great but the wait is outrageously long. Prepare to spend 3+ hours here for an appointment that should take 30 minutes tops.
