My wife was sent to Select after covid pneumonia with a tracheotomy and ventilator from an ICU that was not able to wean her from the vent after several weeks of trying. The doctors and respiratory therapists at Select were all excellent and had her breathing room air in 2+ weeks...I did not think it was possible. The physical therapists were also very good. Most everyone we were in contact with were caring and compassionate, and responded quickly. We highly recommend Select for ventilator weaning.

The care provided was wonderful. The people care about you. The therapists and the nursing staff really take care of you. I wish I would have come here in the second week of my illness. I would have been home by now.

The respiratory and physical therapy team have been great! The night time nurse, Shannon Bailey was fabulous. She took the time to listen to me and explain things to me. They have been great about getting me back to where I was before I got sick.

I do not recommend this facility. I was there for a few weeks and the nurses/staff are not very responsive. If you call the nurses button from your room it is likely you will still be waiting in excess of an hour for someone to attend to your needs. In fact I had to use my cell phone to call the main # to get someone to assist me. In regards to PT, those folks went above and beyond to help me get back on my feet after a lengthy hospital stay. PT is top notch here. All in all, I cannot recommend!
