This business is absolutely terrible. They lie and admit to mistakes yet won't make right their wrongs. They spoke to my insurance company and said that they took our insurance ( after me telling them I refused to be a self pay patient) and had me schedule the appointment. Only to charge me $200 BEFORE seeing my daughter and did NO treatment whatsoever. After I called since my husband took her, they admitted they made a mistake regarding insurance but that DR ROMAN refused to make it right. Spoke to them several times. They lied and said he signed a self pay paper yet refuses to email it to me. They are money hungry, unprofessional and uneducated.
