6 years coming here and this is the cleanest laundry mat I have ever been in, good price and brand new machines. The machines never smell like other places, and staff here rocks! And if I can do my laundry I drop it off, most of the time same day delivery

From the very beginning the service was terrible. The lack of professionalism would have been laughable had I not been the client. It was a little pricey, I brought in a comforter to be washed (as it is a bit bulky for my smaller washing machine) along with my own detergent and crystals for scent as I am very sensitive to smells and easily irritated. They did not use the organic lavender products that I brought and left with my comforter. I brought it home and placed it back on my bed. I quickly became itchy and the comforter smelled horrible of cheap detergent. I had to then bring it to another place and have them wash it for me. They were nice, inviting and attentive. After explaining my situation, they were able to fix the situation and I can sleep better not to mention that it cost nearly 1/2 the price. Although this place is down the block from my home, I will not be using their services again.

The old woman and the man that works their are very rude and lie to service their own personal agenda. I arrived at 9:00 to do laundry which I have done before and finished at 9: 40 - 10 ish when there was a sweet well-mannered lady there. I hate to go to a place to close to closing time but sometimes with work it cannot be helped. This old woman and the man are completely selfish, rude, and thoughtless. They said that the last person has to come in at 8:30! Where is the sign for that?? I would really like the owner to know that they are the reason I will never be a customer there again. I have been there many times but not anymore. Because the other lady said the last person can come in before the closing time like at 9 but no one else after 9:30 because they close at 10:30. They spend 9:30-10:30 cleaning up. I wonder how much money they have cost their employer with their rudeness and lies just so they can get off earlier. The other lady is super nice and has great customer service. If I was the owner, I would fire them. They need to be very clear on the closing policy with customers,so that everyone is on the same page. Post a clear cut sign!

Just left with my clean comforter. I brought a queen size, very plump comforter that was labeled 'dry clean only'. I don't like washing anything in acid so I cold washed in the largest machine and warm dried. It came out clean and fluffy. The store employe was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely come back for large items. The machine (and the store) will take rugs, too.
