Ordered a dozen DQ cupcakes for a event and requested cherry dip cone on top…. Received the cupcakes… they look awful! Normally they make them look presentable… the ice cream was like flat and they just poured the cherry topping on… looks like a blob of laziness…wish I could share a picture..

I’ve cream is good as always, drive through always takes longer than it should. 8 people working but only 1 was actually working and making all the ice cream items himself.

Ordered the peanut buster parfi it's supposed to have WHOLE peanuts mine had chopped mystery nuts. Very disappointing.

As a previous employee seeing how burgers are made, it’s very obvious you changed meat suppliers the weird grey like burgers have a whole new displeasing taste. I recommend whatever cut back or cheaper patty that replaced the old Patties needs to be changed back I used to love the flavor the eco grill made the previous Patties taste. Some cheaper items replacements are not better for the price of special burgers, ranging $10- 12 for a meal to have a More bland flavor Definitely deciding on whether I’ll ever get burgers from DQ again.
