I was not happy with the milkshake and when I said something to them that it was all foam they told me that I shouldn't have waited 'til then to tell them but they were packed with business and I wasn't going to skip all the people in line that were waiting for their food. The point is they'll have no issue taking your money but when you have anything to say about the quality of quantity that a customer spends on the items like the mil milkshake cost over $5 and when I opened it it wasn't even filled all thaway to the top. When I go to Wendy's and get a frosty it never costs anywhere near that price in double the size cup and it's hearty not loose and frothy. I'd like someone to compliment and take note that Cchick -fil-A inc. at regional level needs to call me regarding some of my experience at the location on Westheimer
