Hi Brittany, Your health records, including flu shots and immunizations, can only be seen within the CompleteCare electronic medical records system. If you need to provide the school or another provider's office with information about something that took place at a CompleteCare office you would need to request the medical records. You may contact the office to do so. The number for the Woodbury location is 856-853-2055. I hope this helps.
