I don’t know what it is about this location, but this is the third or fourth time we’ve purchased chicken from this Popeyes and it’s always cold, dry etc. I’ve never had this issue with any other Popeyes, but this location is horrible! It’s so dry the batter just continuously falls off and has no flavor. It’s almost like it was microwaved frozen food kind of chicken. We’re done at this location. I don’t care how nice they are in the drive-through if that is the case. Your food sucks! And I forgot they didn’t put our four biscuits in with our eight piece meal and sides. I’m not going back there because they’re probably be cold. Just like the chicken was. Not going here again!

TO THE OWNER OR MANAGER: YOUR EMPLOYEES GOAL IS TO MAKE CUSTOMERS LEAVE. THIS IS SLOWEST POPEYES EVER EVERYTIME. THEY MAKE PEOPLE WAIT OVER 15MINUTES JUST TO ORDER WITH NO CUSTOMERS IN LINE EVERYTIME. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE EVER! IM DONE WASTING MY TIME HERE. THE OWNER IS LOSING MONEY DAILY WITH THESE EMPLOYEES!! TO CUSTOMERS: GO DOWN TO EL DORADO INSTEAD OF STOPPING HERE IT WILL SAME YOU TIME.

The food here is great. I only use the drive thru. During the day, it's great service. After 7, the service sucks. There will usually be one or two cars before me and can easily wait 30 minutes. When I get to the speaker, they never greet you. After 5 to 10 minutes waiting on more then one occasion, I'll say hello, and they'll finally respond. Sometimes telling me to order at the window. They are always out of something even when it's not close to closing. I'll be driving to the Pearland or El Dorado stores from now on.

Tried going this place, the owners need attention to watch out all the employes , please hire the people with like to love the work. No one cars in the line and they waiting people for 30 minutes to take their order.. Im not really recommends this place.
