This is a medium sized convenience store with very nice staff. You can find toiletries, beverages, snacks, some uniform items, electronics on site. At the opposite end: The hot food area is currently closed. The restrooms are properly cleaned and there's a Barbershop onsite.

Yes with the military is card
If the ID is current, you most certainly use it. If ID needs updating, go to brick building outside gate and the DEERS folk can do that for you...

Yes. The first time you come to the security gate you will use your VA cards to get registered to get access to the base. After that when you show your VA card they scan it and you're in the system. And you can then shop at the base exchange.

My understanding is that you have to be active, retired,.or disabled VA. You can't even get on base without one of these IDs.
If you’re a Veteran or service member, one of these must be true. You: Have a service-connected disability rating and were honorably discharged, or Are retired from military service, or Are a former prisoner of war, or Are a member of the Reserves, or Have received a Purple Heart or the Medal of Honor You can show your Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC) or a letter from VA along with your passport or driver’s license. All veterans can online shop at the exchange or any sister service equivalent just need to register.

No they dont have military clothing just the basic physical fitness clothes. best place to get it is fort sam Houston and fort hood. Hood and sam Houston have tailors to customize to your size. Or go online.

The exchange changed its policy. If you have a honorable discharge you can use the exchange. You just have to apply. But your access is for the online store only
I wish. But no. You're not going to find an exchange gas station outside major installations. Ellington is still pretty small but growing.
