I had the worst experience about 8:30pm 8/1/22 at the Mcdonalds at 8303 West Broadway in Pearland. I ordered 2 burgers large fry and a carmel coffee with extra carmel with whip cream. The coffee did not have the carmel or whip cream. The woman at the drive thru pickup window ask for the receipt and asked for $1.50 more took the same coffee squirted the cool whip on the top and kept my receipt alone with the extra $1.50 and lied about adding the extra. I know because I was watching her. I called back to speak to a manager and they kept on picking the phone up and hanging up. I will NEVER go back to this Mcdonald.
