Customer service is great. However the functionality of the ATM is completely ridiculous. 2/5 times will the atm be functioning. The drive up to the atm … why is it so hard to be able to withdra, the machine is so far into the wall??

You can even use the app to do it online. It's finished very fast if the bank is still open.

Hello Family Gallo, Our Marketplace branch hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Fridays 9am-6pm, and Saturday drive-through-only from 10am-3pm. We were closed at 5:45 yesterday, but we will be open today until 5:30pm and tomorrow until 6pm. We apologize for the confusion and hope to see you soon!
Yes they are but hours vary. So check with ur local credit union to make sure. I can only speak for the Nampa karcher branch cause that's the one I go to the most.
