Horrible staff, prey on innocent people, terrible company. Parked my car legally at 10pm, illegally towed at 1am, $300 when picked up at 10am!? What for? Do not hire these guys, literally take advantage of whomever they can! Taking to court.

Clearly marked is a definite overstatement. I'm more curious as to why there were cars parked off-street in that area all day prior, but it was only after business hours when the after-hours fee could be instated that my car (parked for ten minutes because a tenant came home and needed her spot back as I was packing up after helping my sister move in) was the first to go. This incident was also not early this morning, so I suspect you are investigating the wrong record. The unnecessary fees are also so criminally outrageous, I'm considering how financially sound it must be to start a tow company if it means robbing broke college students of $218 for a 1 mile drive down the road.

Abyss was caught red handed in the classic tow scheme with an complex PM manger. They tried to tow my car from a handicap spot with my permit obviously visible in violation of the ADA. Their excuse was I had no permit for the complex itself. No signs posted, no signs identifying the tow co. and nobody in the complex office. The cops informed the tow company owner and the truck driver that they were both in violation of The ADA. My car was ordered unhooked with charge but my handicapped mother missed her appointment anyway. These people are crooks.
