Beautiful park. I came here because Google said it's a dog park. Not quite, but yes. So there is no fencing. But you can walk you dog. There is a sign that designates certain hours for off leash. I can't remember what they were but something like 8am to 10am and 6pm to 10pm? There is also a couple dog toys to throw like a tennis ball. Pretty awesome! Obviously please make sure to clean up after your dog - especially since it is not officially a separate "dog park" - and return the toys to the pole.
