Party of two ordered our tickets online and food online in hopes to enter the theatre and go to our movie. We were told we had to wait in line for both. Our food was not ready and we recieved the wrong soda. In all we were late to our movie 30 minutes when we arrived 20 minutes early to the showing. There response was sorry we are understaffed. Why have systems in place when the staff is not following it. This is poor management and execution of the staff there. I asked in order to see a movie here do you have to show up an hour early? There response was a shrug. With no reconcilation of the money we paid to go this movie.

We had purchased our movie tickets and reserved our seats prior to coming to the movie so my friends and I could all sit together. Upon walking into the theatre, our spots were taken. The people sitting in our spots claimed to have reserved them as well. Very unorganized and chaotic. We all had to split up. Maybe don't offer reserved seating if it's not able to be honored.

It's a great place to hang out with your family or friends and to just relax and watch movies but the only problem I had there was that the snacks are really expensive! Edit: Okay so the movie was really great and the snack prices were fairly well, the only thing I had problems was when my friend and I were playing the arcade games after we were waiting for my other friends show to be done it literally just stole our money and luckily it decided to refund us but unfortunately for my friend because she used paper money so she didn't get her money back...
