Spent over an hour here to purchase ten items. Could not find any of the items I wanted despite them being listed on the website as in store. All of the associates I asked for help provided none. When asked where an item was I got an answer of "I don't know" or "over there maybe"

I appreciate that we have a Sam's Club in the area. That being said the check out process is not good. At Costco when leaving the building they check your cart and receipt. At Sam's Club they go through your bag with their hands with no gloves on and scan bar codes when you are leaving the building. This is not good. During a pandemic this is something i am not comfortable with and I recommend that they get a better policy. This is why I am spending most of my money now at Costco. Thumbs down.

Glad to see shelves well stocked. Miss some items, yet others have returned. Can't afford meat or fish prices. Miss the organic eggs, they were very good. Women's clothing selection is mostly sub par for Sam's and department is getting smaller. It's sub-zero temps in mn but where are warmer sweatpants. Please improve quality. I can't afford department and high end stores. I used to be able to get name brand in Sam's thankyou for the opportunity to share my thoughts. I really love Sam's and so does my daughter whom I added on my account. Have been with Sam's for many, many years. Both personal and through business accounts. Do not plan to switch to the new Costco that just opened in Duluth Minnesota 😊 Have a blessed day.
Koda the Service Dog
I've been going to this specific Sam's Club for many years. While I was in there today I was working my new service dog in training and attempting to lift an item my arm decided to slip in the next socket. Not the fault of the store just due to an old injury I have. If my dog was alerting it to my situation some amazing employees came and helped me to get the items into my cart. The manager also helped to get my items into my car afterwards. I have never had problems with them respecting me or my service dog. And I will forever be a customer here. Thank you much to you and your staff for all the hard work you do keeping everything a sanitary as possible. As well as the extra work you do helping people like me to get her stuff out to our car. You go above and beyond the Call of Duty.

Other than the sanitizer at the door, there's not a lot of Covid precautions here. Very crowded store. Everyone within inches at times.
