Everyone was friendly. However the back could be a little bit more organized. I went in to get an oil change. Had an appointment. Well they have desks on both sides of the bay when you pull in. I was asked what I was there for. I said an oil change. Apparently I should’ve said oil change appointment. Because the gentleman directed me to the desk on the left. After waiting 10 minutes to be helped, turned out the lady couldn’t help me. Because I was supposed to go to the desk on the right side of the room. So then I go over there and the guy can’t find the papers for my appointment. They should probably put bold signs above the desks stating appointments or no appointment work to avoid confusion and time wasted. Other than that, it was a decent experience.

I had left a moderate to poor review on their main maps because of a couple issues, but in less than 24hrs they had gotten in contact with me, fixed the issues, and then some. Overall impressed with their customer service, even with the few hiccups along the way. It was made right in the end and that's all that really matters.
