Terrible. They all say something different. They take forever. They don't have a store number that's easy to find. They continue to give you the run around. For having only a couple stores here and there, they should be more easy to contact instead of having to drive 30 min and not know if ur going to wait for hours. If you have the entire day off and you want to gamble your day time away, I suggest driving to spectrum and hanging out even after making an appointment

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sadly I can only give 2 stars. First, I made an appt and had to wait 15-20 mins to get waited on. Then when I chose my phone, they were out of stock in it. I chose another, same, out of stock. I left disappointed and empty handed. 😢 Although the lady that waited on me was very nice and tried to accommodate me.
