It depends on if the toilet is not operating like it should, and if you have noticed something unusual with it's performance. We would advise contacting our technical department at 888-295-8134, option #4. Our technical department is great at assisting customers with everyday type of issues related to our products.
The only way to flush a TOTO WASHLET is by purchasing a model that has an Auto Flush option. The only WASHLET models we offer with this capability are the: S550e and G400, but the Auto Flush option is only compatible with certain toilet models in our portfolio. Otherwise you would flush the toilet normally by pressing down on a tank lever on the side or push button actuator on the top. The NEOREST toilets have the ability of an Auto Flush and flushing the toilet using the wireless remote control.
