Their monopoly on ticket sales needs to be busted up. What's up with all the fees and horrible customer service? Why do I have to give you my Soc Sec number to get the money for the tickets that I sold? 12 to 24 hour wait time for a person on a live chat? We should lobby all artists to bypass Ticketmaster when selling tickets, because Ticketmaster does a lousy job anyway. You can log in after one minute after sales begin and all regular tickets are sold and only resale tickets available. I bet they have under the table deals with scalpers. I cannot stand having to deal with Ticketmaster.

I give 0 stars for Ticketmaster. I have been trying to call for two years or email to contact Ticketmaster regarding my not receiving refunds on cancelled events. I am owed at least $2,000 in cancelled events, but my account shows I received the refund. I have not received any refunds. I am completely frustrated with the lack of being able to contact Customer No Service at Ticketmaster. You can call whatever phone number is listed, but you will never hear a live voice nor will anybody ever contact you via email response. I am afraid I will need to file a small claims suit to collect my money, but good luck in collecting even if I win the lawsuit. I will no longer buy any tickets from Ticketmaster as there is no excuse for robbery!!!

This site is complete scam!!! I wish someone bring them to justice! Since last November 2021 we are waiting refund of 275$ from Gypsy Kings concert tickets. What a naive people we are, now I see many more of us here. And the worst thing that happened it’s they sell (or give away?) your personal information of credit card you used to purchase the tickets. We had fraud activity on our card right after refund was processed! Stay away from this “company”!!!!!

Ticketmaster has a monopoly on ticket sales . The worst customer service . No one answers the phone. No one responds to emails or Twitter. My event was canceled , I’ve been owed a $600 refund for months . I haven’t been able to speak to a human . No one has returned my emails. I just get a generic automated response of the refund is on the way. Ya right . It’s been four months , what’s taking so long. You didn’t have to wait that long to collect my payment.

Through the website of usa you should see the option to print tickets
Pick them up the same day of the event. You arrive and go online where the cashiers are to collect the tickets.
