I was in an accident for which I was not to blame, I informed a life safer agent of my problem, he asked me for photos and the police report, after I sent them to him he did not talk to him to help me with what to do with the device in my van, so I decided to remove it myself when I saw that my battery had been stolen in the accident, when I arrived at their facilities they wanted to charge me 320 and 250 to cancel it myself but if someone stole it I would pay 1500. The client is the one who loses and they never give you help or respect, very unpleasant staff who do not know anything about what they are working on

My appointment was canceled. Now I have to make a special trip to Sacramento to get it done. That's $30 dollars for gas I have to spend now. The day I made the appointment for I could have stopped on my way back from somewhere else...

Michael, You paid $50 for a technician to travel to your location and install it. This was very clearly explained to you at multiple stages along your install process. We provide free installation, and it's $75 per month. If you are unable to bring the vehicle into our shop we will send a technician out to you if possible, which is what we worked out with you. We collected your address, provided the miles... all of this was explained.
Sorry i dont...Lifesafer installes and maintain s the unit in your vehicle as long as you need it and they and their device is reliable....i would not trust any other source...
