I'm not quite sure what word would be a correct descriptor of my experience here. Food was fantastic but our server was awful. My friend and I went in last Wed for dinner. The restaurant was clean and we were seated promptly. Our server came to our table and had difficulty taking our order. Not because our orders were difficult, but she was having trouble functioning. She acted like she was under the influence, and we could smell alcohol on her breath. She was jittery, confused, mumbling to herself, couldn't appropriately answer any of our questions, and gave conflicting information about the menu. When we were trying to order, she was not only not making eye contact, but she was looking across the restaurant and not paying attention at all. When she brought our appetizer plates and biscuit basket, she threw/dropped them on the table with a huge clattering noise (I wish I could say I was exaggerating here, but sadly I am not). She dropped straws on the floor in front of our table that she ignored the few more times that she came back. During our meal, she said she was leaving for the day and asked us to pay our tabs even though we were still waiting on food. She said it would still be brought out and then proceeded to take our payment and settle our bill. We waited about a half hour for the rest of our food and finally flagged down another server. It turns out that the original server never put the order in for the rest of our food, despite being paid for, and left! I've never had such an unprofessional and erratic experience with a server before and will opt to go out of my way to the Citrus Heights location next time. I will say that the new server that we flagged down was gracious and apologetic and brought the rest of our food out, and informed the manager of what happened. The manager however never came to speak with us.

Mask wearing entering the establishment. Curb side pick up, online ordering, also by phone, same food quality as inside dinning.
They are open today. Hours are different because of Covid 19. The food is still excellent. I have been twice this week.
We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.
