Pedicure: The very nice lady scraped a piece of my skin off and it hurt, so I looked and sure enough, it was bleeding.Then when I paid, I tipped $12 for me and my mom who had a 10min manicure after a 45min wait. When the lady collected the money, she asked if I'm only tipping $12? I said yes and then they all started chatting away in chinese about my $12 tip. I felt embarrassed and cheated. Felt like extortion. I was given a 3:30 appointment so I assumed at 3:30-3:45maybe? They would be able to take us. After the uncomfortable pedicure, I no longer wanted the manicure but she insisted I should get it(of course), and I went along with it. The lady who was going to serve my mom was with a client, then started setting up someone else's nails, as my mom waited for nearly an hr from the appointed time. This was quite an interesting experience. $97 bucks for a pedicure that cost a little blood shed, and 10min manicure after a 45min wait. This definitely is not my favorite memory.

Great customer service. Exceptional work. I’m so happy I found this place. It’s so close to my house. I will be coming back with friends. I did gel mani/pedi. Very pleased

I got a full set of fiberglass nails and left in tears. I was cut with the dremel, the set was so bad it looked like my nails were floating chiclets. No gloves were worn and I saw the techs sharing tools without cleaning them. I had to go to a different salon to get them fixed and I’m still in a lot of pain. They were comically bad. Save your nails, go elsewhere. The quality of service has changed dramatically in the last 3 years and not for the better.
