My husband and I wanted to clean up our diet, so we did research and came across Trifecta. It’s our first time using a meal delivery service, and although the packaging has not been the best, the customer service is impeccable! Emily has been great with explaining the issues and amazing at rectifying the situation. Would definitely recommend!

As of now, I recommend you stay away from this company, because of the poor quality of food with a major drop in food quality and packaging problems since late September, plus they do not make it possible to delete your credit card online. I hope this is a temporary company packaging and food sourcing problem- I actually loved the service from Feb 2022-June 2022. The meals were high quality and packed with paleo protein, vacuum sealed, and had whole chicken breasts or salmon filets and vegetables that -although potato heavy-I felt merited the high cost (and 4 to 5 stars). Starting in late September 2022, things got really poor in terms of quality. I canceled them the week before the really big changes took effect. Why? Their food quality had been going down for months (diced pre processed chicken instead of whole breasts, switching away from simple ingredients to ingredient lists 20+ ingredients long and super processed). I was actually lucky that the last meals that I received 9/24/22 (after cancelling that week) had completely new types of cheaper and wet, and OPEN!! packaging, and had no visible protein but more of a stinky, habanero spicy smelling (not sealed) mush. :( :( The company had sent customers a vague email about big changes that were coming. There was no indication that they would switch every single meal from the high quality meals I was used to (protein packed, real food in vacuum sealed dishes) to something completely and utterly different (unidentifiable food mush in non-vacuum sealed and OPEN /wet /spicy-smelling cardboard packages). The customer service I received through the phone, email and chat was generally top-notch. Since I have requested for my credit information to be deleted, it took 18 days for them to send me a legal form to confirm the deletion request. I do wish them well, and hope that they can improve. But they have lost my subscription, and I'm watching carefully to make sure that my credit card is not charged again. Update 10/14/22: the terribly packaged (open) food I received on 9/24 was refunded by the merchant, per my credit card company. The credit card company let me know the result of the dispute today. I do appreciate that they have refunded this shipment.

Kenzie R. was a huge help. I had many questions regarding the Meals I get for my 90 year old Mom. She was so helpful and helped me understand a few other questions I had also!!!

Great experience with this service. The Whole 30 and Keto meals were delicious and easy to prepare. I also really appreciate the entirely recyclable packaging. Highly recommend.

Yes, you can. They can last "over 3 months in the freezer" from their FAQ https://www.trifectanutrition.com/ask-us-anything/can-i-freeze-trifecta-meals
Anywhere in the United States (all 50 states).
I usually warm it up in a pan for a couple of minutes and it's ready to go.
Food Delivery is one of the safest options right now, and since our food is in transit for usually 2 days and not handed off person to person, Corona Virus is extremely unlikely to survive the transit on the extremely rare chance it was in our facility. Above and beyond that we are a ‘clean facility’ that uses gloves, hand washing and disinfecting protocols, clean rooms, a USDA meat cutting room, that is specifically designed to be able to be safe from food-born pathogens which makes us much more resilient to situations like this vs a grocery store. We have 350 well-trained employees working in our facility, whereas Costco or other grocery does not, and is filled with other customers. If you’re staying home, Trifecta is by far one of your safest options for food.
